Knowless to headline third edition of Improper Access in Kigali

Rwandan singer Butera Knowless will headline the third edition of Improper Access, a music event scheduled for October 31 at Camp Kigali.

Organised by Blackout.inc, the event brings together musicians, DJs and music fans. It first emerged in 2024 and is returning for its third edition as organisers seek to offer audiences a mix of live performances and DJ sets.

Knowless said preparations for the show were well underway and urged her fans to look forward to an enjoyable experience.

“I have been invited as the headline performer for the third edition of this event. Preparations are well underway. Fans should get ready for a great time filled with happiness,” she said.

Her appearance comes as she competes in the 2026 Zikomo Africa and Caribbean Awards. Her song Ntacyo has been nominated in the Best Zikomo Music Video of the Year category.

The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, on December 9, with voting set to close on October 30.

Organisers of Improper Access have not yet announced the other performers expected to join Knowless on the lineup.

The October 31 event will bring together music lovers in Kigali for the third edition of a show that combines live music with DJ performances.
