
The event featured performances by popular traditional artists including Boukuru, Teta Diana, Ruti Joel with Ibihame by’Imana, and Jules Sentore, alongside troupes Indatirwabahizi, Inyamibwa, and Inganzo Ngari.
Legendary musician Intore Masamba closed the concert with a special performance joined by Cécile Kayirebwa.
The audience, which included youth, churchgoers, and cultural enthusiasts, was treated to iconic songs and dances.
Mayor Dusengimana Samuel highlighted the city’s goal of promoting Rwandan heritage through such cultural events. The concert was part of Kigali’s Umujyi Ushyushye initiative.
