The second was signed by Rwanda Polytechnic, represented by its Director General, Mucyo Sylvie, and Changsha Vocational and Technical College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The agreements are expected to strengthen institutional cooperation between the two countries in cultural preservation and technical and vocational education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cities explore wider cooperation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the visit, Bazivamo also held talks with officials from Hunan Province on expanding cooperation between Changsha and Kigali, as well as between Loudi, a city in Hunan, and Muhanga District in Rwanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proposed partnerships are expected to cover trade, investment, agriculture, technology and education, among other areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bazivamo began his visit on Thursday, October 22, with a meeting with Liu Haixing, head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China\u2019s Central Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Their discussions focused on strengthening relations between the RPF and the Communist Party of China, including cooperation in party leadership training, research and cultural heritage preservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bazivamo also visited the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, where he met its vice-president to discuss cooperation in training, research and development.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rwandan and Chinese institutions signed two cooperation agreements in Changsha on Sunday to strengthen collaboration in cultural heritage and vocational training, as Rwanda Patriotic Front [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4907,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[43,36,40],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4906","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-current_affairs","category-international","category-top_stories"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/thedawnrwanda.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/4906","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/thedawnrwanda.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/thedawnrwanda.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/thedawnrwanda.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/thedawnrwanda.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=4906"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/thedawnrwanda.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/4906\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":4908,"href":"https:\/\/thedawnrwanda.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/4906\/revisions\/4908"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/thedawnrwanda.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/4907"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/thedawnrwanda.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=4906"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/thedawnrwanda.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=4906"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/thedawnrwanda.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=4906"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
