It was made by professional teams here, and so far it is a completed film that we have shown at the Off-Courts Festival,\u201d Kibonge told InyaRwanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/thedawnrwanda.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/1789112776044whatsapp_image_2026-09-10_at_20.33_02_1_-fb8d5-768x1024-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3695\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thedawnrwanda.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/1789112776044whatsapp_image_2026-09-10_at_20.33_02_1_-fb8d5-768x1024-1.jpg 768w, https:\/\/thedawnrwanda.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/1789112776044whatsapp_image_2026-09-10_at_20.33_02_1_-fb8d5-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/thedawnrwanda.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/1789112776044whatsapp_image_2026-09-10_at_20.33_02_1_-fb8d5.jpg 810w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kibonge said the experience allowed him to learn more about how film projects are developed and produced outside Rwanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another Rwandan filmmaker attending the festival is Tr\u00e9sor Senga, director of the Mashariki African Film Festival in Rwanda. Senga showcased his film <em>I Wanna Go Back Home<\/em>, which was also made in Paris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Founded in 2000, Off-Courts focuses on short films and provides opportunities for filmmakers to meet, exchange ideas and develop projects.
