The group winners are expected to face the fourth-placed team from Group C in the Round of 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elsewhere in Group D, Algeria beat Burundi 3-0 and will meet DR Congo on Thursday.
