Discussions covered health, energy and investment, alongside broader efforts to expand economic collaboration between Kigali and Washington.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joining Guthrie were fellow members of Congress Troy Carter, Morgan Griffith, Russ Fulcher, Jay Obernolte, Cliff Bentz, Craig Goldman and Julie Fedorchak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The visit comes as Rwanda and the United States continue to build on a long-standing partnership spanning public health, trade, investment, education, energy and technology.
