This leader provides the vital data-driven guardrails that empower all teams to move fast and innovate without compromising the company\u2019s solvency, operational integrity, or regulatory standing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Core Responsibility<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The core responsibility of this role is to ensure long-term financial sustainability and administrative excellence. The Head of Finance and Administration must ensure that the company\u2019s resources\u2014both capital and physical infrastructure\u2014are perfectly aligned with its strategic goals, effectively balancing aggressive growth with rigorous risk management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Financial Modeling and Strategic Governance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and maintain advanced 3-way financial statements (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and execute complex scenario-based forecasting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead the implementation, optimisation, and management of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uphold deep corporate governance, managing board reporting, cap table updates, and all statutory compliance requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive high-level contract negotiations, including commercial leases, insurance premiums, and master service agreements (MSAs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis (F, P and A)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead the annual and strategic budgeting process, directly translating the company\u2019s strategic roadmap into detailed financial models and departmental allocations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage cash flow and liquidity meticulously to ensure AC Mobility has the capital necessary for Research and Development, daily operations, and scaling needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide the executive team with real-time financial insights, utilising variance analysis to identify, communicate, and correct overspending before it impacts the bottom line.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a \u201cStrategic Brake,\u201d exercising the judgment to know exactly when to slow down spending to preserve capital and when to accelerate investment to capture market share.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Administrative and Operational Governance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee the company\u2019s physical infrastructure, including comprehensive office management, facilities maintenance, and the strategic procurement of corporate assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design, deploy, and strictly enforce Internal Control Frameworks to actively prevent fraud, waste, and abuse across all business units.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage Legal and Corporate Secretarial functions, ensuring all board resolutions, cap table updates, and corporate filings are executed flawlessly and on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Risk Management and Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee and optimise the company\u2019s comprehensive insurance portfolio (e.g., D&amp;O, General Liability, and Fleet Insurance) to ensure maximum coverage at optimised costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities, guaranteeing 100% compliance with both local and international financial regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct routine financial \u201cstress tests\u201d to ensure the organisation is prepared for market volatility, economic downturns, or sudden shifts in the mobility landscape.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procurement and Vendor Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and lead a centralised procurement function, leveraging the company\u2019s total spend to negotiate highly favourable terms with Tier-1 suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement and manage automated \u201cProcure-to-Pay\u201d systems to drastically reduce administrative overhead and increase visibility and transparency across the supply chain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Performance Mentorship and Training:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct regular performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and implement targeted training programmes for the finance and administration team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Departmental Workflow Management:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supervise the internal production of SOPs and policies within the department, enforcing streamlined processes to ensure all administrative tasks meet company deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Digital Transformation and ERP Integration:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure the full provision of all requisite data for the digitisation of departmental policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflows. Champion and drive the effective implementation and continuous utilisation of the company\u2019s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within the department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Financial Health: Maintaining targeted cash runway and liquidity ratios, with minimal negative variance to the approved annual budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance and Audit: Achieving zero critical audit findings and maintaining 100% on-time statutory and tax compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operational Efficiency: Measurable reduction in Procure-to-Pay cycle times and documented cost savings achieved through strategic vendor negotiations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategic Reporting: 100% on-time delivery of accurate, actionable real-time financial dashboards and quarterly board reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Performance Evaluation and Terms<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Performance in this executive role will be continuously evaluated to ensure absolute alignment with AC Mobility\u2019s broader strategic and fiduciary goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assessment Cadence:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Progress, fiscal discipline, and leadership capabilities will be actively monitored through regular reviews with the CEO and the Board of Directors, assessed against the established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and organisational milestones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ramifications of Underperformance:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The expectations for this senior leadership role are exceptionally high given its critical impact on the company\u2019s solvency and operational continuity. Educational Background<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Required:\u00a0<\/strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preferred:<\/strong>\u00a0An Advanced Degree (MBA or a Master\u2019s in Finance) is highly preferred to demonstrate strategic management capabilities beyond technical accounting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Professional Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tenure:<\/strong>\u00a0A minimum of six years of progressive, demonstrable experience in finance and corporate operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leadership:<\/strong>\u00a0At least three years in a senior management role (VP or Head level), ideally within a high-growth technology or mobility company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Multi-Disciplinary Oversight:\u00a0<\/strong>Proven experience successfully managing non-finance functions, such as Procurement, Facilities, or Legal Administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strategic Transactions:\u00a0<\/strong>Hands-on experience managing financial due diligence for venture capital rounds, debt financing, or M&amp;A activity is a significant advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
