The position requires solid technical expertise, field experience, and a strong understanding of Results-Based Financing (RBF) mechanisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead and support the\u00a0<strong>deployment, installation, and scaling<\/strong>\u00a0of forced air draught pellet stoves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide hands-on\u00a0<strong>technical oversight and troubleshooting<\/strong>\u00a0during field implementation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure full\u00a0<strong>compliance with RBF program requirements<\/strong>, including documentation, reporting, and verification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and review technical reports, performance data, and RBF claims submissions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and liaise with\u00a0<strong>verification agents, aggregators, suppliers, and program partners<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support market rollout strategies, including\u00a0<strong>distribution planning and user adoption<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train field teams, sales agents, and partners on stove operation, maintenance, and quality standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor stove performance, usage, and customer feedback to ensure quality and impact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support\u00a0<strong>data collection systems<\/strong>, field surveys, and monitoring activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement of products and implementation approaches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent ECOGREEN SOLUTIONS LTD in technical meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven experience in\u00a0<strong>clean cooking and\/or clean cooling technologies<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience working with\u00a0<strong>Results-Based Financing (RBF) programs<\/strong>\u00a0such as EnDev, RBF Ascent, or similar initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong technical understanding of\u00a0<strong>forced air draught stoves<\/strong>\u00a0and pellet-based cooking systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in Rwanda or similar markets is a strong advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage field operations, technical documentation, and performance reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preferred Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Background in\u00a0<strong>renewable energy, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with\u00a0<strong>last-mile distribution<\/strong>, consumer engagement, and clean energy market development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management
