Position: Sales Agent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beno Finance is seeking an experienced and results-driven&nbsp;<strong>Sales Agents<\/strong>&nbsp;to promote its financial products, expand the client base, and contribute to the company\u2019s revenue growth. Sales Agents&nbsp;<strong>will operate in all 30 districts in Rwanda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify and approach potential customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promote and sell company products or services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiate prices, contracts, and closing sales deals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet or exceed sales targets and monthly goals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare sales reports and keep accurate customer records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Good communication skills \u2013 able to explain products clearly and listen to customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confidence \u2013 believes in the product and can persuade customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Honesty &amp; integrity \u2013 builds trust with customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer-focused \u2013 understands customer needs and offers the right solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiation skills \u2013 able to close deals win-win<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Persistence &amp; resilience \u2013 does not give up easily after rejection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivation \u2013 works independently and is target-driven<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time management \u2013 plans work efficiently and meets deadlines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem-solving skills \u2013 handles objections and customer concerns calmly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adaptability \u2013 adjusts to different customers and market situations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Required competencies (Knowledge, skills and experience)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, Sales management, Business administration, Economics, and\/or any other related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience of at least 3 years in sales\/marketing operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Age: 25 \u2013 35 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
